Wednesday, November 21, 2012 - CDF funds were introduced in Kenya about 10 years ago by President Mwai Kibaki. The funds which are allocated to every constituency are aimed at developing the constituencies in projects like water, markets, health, education and other projects to enhance the livelihood of constituents.
In Machakos however the CDF funds are being used in the wrong ways and going to the wrong pockets, according to a confession in Nairobi Exposed.
A case in reference is where he offered to allocate Sh. 500,000 to build a dining hall for Kyeni Baptist Secondary School in 2010. Two years down the line the money has never been delivered to the school account.

The school principal Mr Musau b4 he was transferd l8 last year, he used to go to the mp's office like three tyms a week trying to follow y he never gave out the cash n rumors from the principal say that the mp was given the cash by cdf. The principal was transfferd bcz of the pressure that he was puting on the mp to release the funds so that it bcoms none of his bizz since he will no longer play any role in that school
