This Indian family has an incredible 167 members living under the same roof

All 167 members of Ziona Chana's forever-growing family live in a four-storey building with 100 rooms in a remote area in northeast India.

But the 66-year-old does not intend to stop there and wants to expand his massive family living in the mountainous village in Mizoram state, sharing borders with Burma and Bangladesh.

Mr Chana, who likes to have seven or eight of his wives at his side at all times, once married 10 women in one year alone.

He said: "Even today, I am ready to expand my family and willing to go to any extent to marry."

His wives share a dormitory near his private bedroom, while his sons, their wives and all their children live in different rooms in the same building.

The entire family share a common kitchen, with the wives taking turns to do the mammoth task of cooking.
