Here is the plane carrying BENSOUDA’s witnesses that will KILL UHURU/ RUTO’s chances COMPLETELYSo yesterday we were told by the prosecution that the first witness is on a plane and he will be arriving in Netherlands on Tuesday. Under normal circumstances a flight from Nairobi to Netherlands takes 8 hours. How is this flight taking 6 days? The flight distance between Netherlands and Kenya is about 6550 Km. If a plane takes 8 hours it means it will be going at an average speed of 820 Km/hr (I saw a plane clock over 950Km/hr once).
There are 144hrs in 6 days, the
time the first witness is expected to take between Nairobi and Netherlands. If
the distance is 6550km and the witness takes 144hrs to reach Netherlands, it
means that the plane carrying the witness flying at an average speed of
45km/hr. As we know in the science of Aeronautics, at that speed a plane cannot
take off leave alone fly. This leaves us with a conclusion that the witness is
not actually on his way to The Hague and is actually busy preparing for the
short rains planting season.
What conclusion does this leave
us as far as the case is concerned? Allow me to quote Mr.Khan;
"there is a rotten
underbelly of this case that the prosecutor has swallowed hook, line and
sinker, indifferent to the truth, all too eager to latch onto any story..that
somehow ticks the boxes that we have to tick”.
This case is as dead as a dodo,
because if Bensouda still believes witnesses will be traveling in planes flying
at a speed of 45 km/hr, then whatever else she believes, I don’t know.
To the victims, just know that
you are on your own, your lawyer made a very feeble presentation. I saw a judge
dozing. With Kenya withdrawing from ICC and this case crumbling, the next PEV
will be Armageddon. There is surety that people can actually get away with
crimes. Impunity will be twofold.
Kenyans be ready to find refuge
in Somalia or DRC. Leaders are going to incite us,we are going to go for each
other's throat like there is no tomorrow.
Thank you fakes witnesses, you
did us proud as a country. And to our two heroes at The Hague, thank you for
your innocence. There is no blood on your hands. The miniature Kenya flags flew
at The Hague, our National Anthem was sang, for true patriots, true heroes. I
want to see flags when Onyancha appears in court next time. The National Anthem
sang for Sang, for Onyancha.
The Kiambaa church incident was
spontaneous, no plans. Petrol accidentally found itself near the church and a
matchbox accidentally lit itself. A mere accident. The 9 children of Uhuru
Ndege burned themselves in Naivasha, an accident, no plans. As I wait for my
day at the precipice of death, may the souls of the victims rest in eternal
peace. They died accidentally!
