Nairobi, Kenya: The Supreme Court has declined to accept additional evidence introduced after the CORD petition had been filed.
The court ordered that the fresh affidavits - in addition to the 839 page affidavits - be expunged from court records.
In the ruling read by Justice Tunoi, the Court said that the application was time barred and therefore could not be accepted.
The Court said that seven more by Raila team were not formally filed but annexed.
On Monday, Raila team had been accused of changing the petition through the introduction of additional evidence.
CORD listed 122 electoral areas as having disputed results in addition to 30,000 polling stations file last week.
