Prior to the fall of Gaddafi, Libya had the highest level of well-being, the best economic policies for the quality of life, the lowest infant mortality and the highest life expectancy of any country in Africa, according to the UN's Human Development Index. The Once strong nation is now in a dilapidated state. Africans are we learning?
