NEW IMMIGRATION RULES CHANGES FROM JUNE 2013

Immigration rules will be changing from June 2013. If you wish to make an application for your close family members in UK please do so. There are more changes expected once the Home Office is re-organised following the end of the UKBA last month. Applicants in this category should seek advice immediately:
  • Overstayers, there are avenues available presently to make application for leave to remain in UK and once successful you are granted 5 years visa.
  • Overseas family members before the rules changes next month affecting those who wish to appeal.
  • Tiers 5 and Tier 2 missionary and Ministers of religion visa holders.
